Motorbike stolen in the early hours recovered by police

While out on patrol today (March 8), PC Batchelor of the Thames Valley Police Rural Crime Taskforce located the motorcycle in the Banbury area.
It is understood that the vehicle was left in a park at the end of Padbury Drive, Banbury.

The force said it had been stolen locally in the early hours of the morning.
It added that investigation enquiries into the theft are ongoing.
The Rural Crime Taskforce is a unit that targets crime in rural communities.
Rural crime is an issue for large areas of the country, but it tends to go unreported, according to Thames Valley Police.
It can impact on insurance premiums, food prices and damage local communities.
