According to police, a woman walking her dogs in the area of 3rd Avenue and Cameron Street was chased and attacked by two other dogs on Aug. 19.
Police were dispatched to the incident after she got the attention of nearby city workers who called 911. Camera footage released by police in August showed that two people, a man and woman, retrieved the dogs from the scene but did not engage with the victim or emergency services.
Details about the victim’s injuries were not provided by police, described only as “serious but non-life threatening.”
