US to welcome White South Africans as ‘refugees’ while rejecting other asylum-seekers

The US will welcome a group of White South Africans as “refugees” starting Monday after classifying them as a “priority” and claiming they face “race-based persecution”. South Africa’s president slammed the move, saying, “there are no South African citizens that can be classified as refugees to any part of the world, including the US”.
